My passion for guiding others to reach their fullest potential led me to join the Maxwell Leadership Team.  I am a husband, father, grandfather, and leader in the construction industry and in higher education.  As a Senior Project Manager for 24 years, I led others to build outstanding structures throughout major cities.  Impassioned to share my philosophy of leading people to greatness, I joined the faculty at Iowa State University in 2002. Empowering students to reach further, grow deeper, and become future leaders in their careers has earned Larry the Outstanding Educator of the Year awards numerous times.  Larry teaches students to give back to their communities, influencing others to join in serving those in need.
