Larry W. Cormicle

Founded in 1997 by Larry W. Cormicle, the business began with professional engineering opinion services.  Additional services to the construction industry were added in 2005 in construction scheduling and planning, project management and construction claims consulting.

Mr. Cormicle is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Iowa in the branch of Construction Engineering.

Mr. Cormicle is an award-winning educator with over 30 years of higher education teaching and coaching.

Mr. Cormicle has a Certificate of Management-Lean Construction, issued by AGC of America.

Mr. Cormicle is a CM-Lean Lead Instructor of the AGC of America "CM Lean Education Program 2.0".

Mr. Cormicle brings his twenty-five years of experience in general contracting, construction management, and real estate development, as well as his thirty-plus years of experience as a professional construction engineering and management educator, as the foundation for his services.

Mr. Cormicle is a Certified Maxwell Leadership Coach, Trainer, and Speaker.

Mr. Cormicle is an Emeritus Teaching Professor of Construction Engineering at Iowa State University.
